Location: the hotel was really close to the cultural centre. Being just a walking distance from O Barril was nice, we had dinner there. Appreciated a safe box, central heating, and an electronic key card in the room.

The location is marvellous, relatively close to Bridge Over the River Sor. Would stay here again if in Ponte de Sor...

the location of the property was great, near the river. I asked for a single room and it was big with a balcony. 3. the staff recommended me a restaurant; they were accommodating and amiable. 4. Actually, everything was fine - my next choice again in Ponte de Sor.

Amazing staff, always polite and friendly. the cakes were absolutely delicious, a real treat. the hotel's location was very convenient, with plenty of free parking available. the 24-hour front desk was a bonus, and it was great to have hot water always available for a refreshing shower.

The breakfast area needs improvement, as there were often long queues and limited quantities of food, causing unnecessary waiting. the cleanliness of the rooms could be better, as they were not always cleaned within the specified time frame.

Nestled by the scenic river, this hotel's location is perfect for those travelling by car. the spacious rooms offer comfortable beds, great amenities like English TV channels and air conditioning, and fantastic river views. the staff are helpful and the 24-hour front desk ensures convenience. Breakfast offers good options and the dining area is spacious. safe storage for bikes is a plus.

Furthermore, the location of this hotel near the river was simply idyllic. It offered a picturesque setting, perfect for peaceful walks and relaxation. Lastly, the staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. They were always available at the 24-hour front desk, ready to assist with any request or provide helpful information about the surrounding area.

Fantastic hotel with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Check in was a breeze, they had safe storage for my bike which was a bonus. The room was very comfy, a great size and had English channels on the TV to choose from. Breakfast was simple but good. Would certainly stay again if passing through.
